    Michelle Nash Michelle is the Vice President at PZI ® Group. She is the Director of Workforce Development and is certified in Insights Discovery ® , MBTI ® , Blanchard ® , and TKI ® . Additionally, Michelle is a John Maxwell Coach. Her years of experience in Communications, Development, and Team Effectiveness ensure not only that the PZI team is running smoothly but also that all of our client deliverables have the same effectiveness. She is an Insights Discovery licensed practitioner for the High 5! ® Program and develops and facilitates High 5! ® workshops across the globe. Michelle received a Bachelor of Science degree in “Communication and Leadership” from the University of Texas at Austin. While there, Michelle received the “Recognition of Excellence Award” for achievement in corporate communication and interpersonal communications. Additionally, Michelle earned a Master of Arts degree in “Theological Studies” from the University of Dayton in Ohio. Prior to joining PZI Group, Michelle served the Department of the Army USAHAW as “Parish Coordinator.” Michelle’s duties included coordinating a global workforce, serving as the lead of the organization and responsible for long-range planning to ensure the organization met their required goals. In addition to her professional career, she has served as a Senior Leader military spouse for over 30 years and currently volunteers as the President of the Redstone Arsenal Military & Civilian’s Club.
