Empowering Global Teams with Managed HR, Minus the Risk
About PZI Group
Where Global Growth Meets People‑First Leadership

We exist to help organizations grow across borders while caring for their people well. Our team blends deep corporate experience, military‑spouse resilience, and a purpose‑driven commitment to excellence in every engagement.

Our Story
PZI® Group was shaped by lived experience. Our President & CEO, Deborah E. McGee, spent decades leading global HR, mobility, and finance functions for multinational organizations. As a military spouse, she also saw how corporate decisions impact families, careers, and wellbeing. These dual perspectives—corporate rigor + human empathy—became the foundation of PZI’s people‑first approach.

They continue to guide how we operate today, informing the way we design our services, lead our teams, and support organizations and employees across borders.

PZI Group is proud to be a certified Women‑Owned Small Business (WOSB) and a Military‑Spouse–Owned organization. These designations reflect not only our founder’s leadership, but also our commitment to elevating underrepresented voices, expanding economic opportunity, and bringing diverse perspectives to global workforce challenges.

Our Mission
Military‑Spouse DNA
More than 80% of our employees are military spouses or veterans—individuals who bring resilience, global perspective, adaptability, and mission‑readiness to every engagement. Their lived experience navigating frequent moves, new environments, and complex logistical challenges gives our team a unique ability to empathize with and support employees on global assignments. This real‑world insight strengthens our ability to anticipate needs, remove friction, and deliver a level of care and responsiveness that sets PZI apart. This isn’t branding—it’s a competitive advantage.
