Our Story

PZI® Group was shaped by lived experience. Our President & CEO, Deborah E. McGee, spent decades leading global HR, mobility, and finance functions for multinational organizations. As a military spouse, she also saw how corporate decisions impact families, careers, and wellbeing. These dual perspectives—corporate rigor + human empathy—became the foundation of PZI’s people‑first approach.

They continue to guide how we operate today, informing the way we design our services, lead our teams, and support organizations and employees across borders.
